Its a long time since I bought a Volvo from you and it was astounding to see that Dennis was sill with you. As you may recall the i30 already has a service plan but mt wife's i20 does not but will have soon with yourselves. I was pretty rough yesterday but am on the mend now, once again thanks the service is still second to none 25 years down the road.

Q4. Comments about satisfaction with recent experience at Toyota Service Centre?

The car is fantastic and has saved me a great deal of money. The staff and processes at West Riding Toyota are superb. In fact I sent this feedback on the day of my MoT to the Centre Principal: I just wanted to tell you that my experience of the service at your Leeds Road site has been the best I have had from a motor dealer at any time. The staff are well-presented, efficient, courteous and friendly (even those who are not directly dealing with you), the environment is clean and pleasant and well appointed (including the toilets - often overlooked but important) and the facility to use wi fi makes a 2 hour wait for an MOT, in my case today, productive. This is the second time I have been a customer there and on both occasions the experience has been more of a pleasure than a chore.

Dear Sir

I am writing to you regarding the pleasant experience my wife and I have had purchasing a vehicle from West Riding Toyota.

We called originally in early June. We were introduced to Glyn Parker who answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We requested a test drive and Glyn duly organised this later that week at a mutually convenient date and time. He arrived at our home at the pre arranged time with a clean demonstration car. We were very impressed with the vehicle and we decided to order a car.

We then discovered that the Rav4 was available on the Motability scheme and explained to Glyn that we were interested in purchasing the car through the scheme. Glyn then passed us on to Barry Tottie your Motability specialist.

Barry took us through all the options and we decided to order the car at that time on the Motability scheme. We were given a delivery date just two weeks later. This was rather quicker than we had expected but we were delighted as this fitted in well with our holiday plans. Unfortunately we had not received a Retention Certificate from DVLA for our cherished plate. We were reassured that the car would be registered ready for the delivery date and that the cherished plate could be changed as soon as the Retention certificate arrived. Barry said that when the certificate arrived we could bring it down to the show room and they would take it over to Leeds DVLA and get the change of registration for us. This was completed in a very short time and we had our cherished plate for our holidays.

In Forty years of buying new vehicles I have never received such service and attention to detail, long may it continue.

Our most gratefull thanks to Glyn and Barry for all their help.
